How much does the Game of Thrones (+ More) Group Tour cost?

The Tour costs Euro 59.00 for Adults and Euro 29.50 for children aged 3 - 10 years. Infants aged 0-2 years will regrettably not be allowed to join this tour. Price includes VAT. For child rates to apply there must be at least one paying adult for every 2 children in the same booking.

Private tours may be arranged on weekdays, subject to availability. Prices for the Private Tours start from Euro 87.50 per person.

What is included?

Malta hotel pick up and drop off*, luxurious airconditioned transport between locations, services of an experienced film host, access to unusual locations and for the larger groups, the additional services of a licensed tour guide. Tour is rich in anecdotes and includes exclusive behind-the-scenes photos and some very interesting stories. On most group tours we will also reserve tables for you for lunch at a reasonably-priced restaurant (lunch is at own expense). Although the tour focuses on Game of Thrones there is additional content and we visit sites relating to other film productions.

When is the Tour?

Our group Tour usually takes place on Saturday but we reserve the right not to hold the tour. Please always enquire in advance if the tour will be held or not. A minimum number of guests is required to host the group tour.

Private tours may also be organised on other days and may be customised according to your requirements and preferences.

What should we wear?

Dress comfortably for the weather and come in flat CLOSED shoes. If windy or overcast we suggest you bring with you a light rain jacket and a brolly. Our tour takes us through public places so decent attire is kindly requested.

What should we bring?

A good camera is a must. We also suggest you bring with you a bottle of water and some pocket tissues and wet wipes. Temperatures can soar in Summer so a cap and suntan lotion would come in handy. Lunch is served late afternoon and long walks can spark an appetite. A hearty breakfast is therefore recommended. We would also suggest you bring with you a light snack for brunch. Please however refrain from consuming food or drink on the coaches and minivans. Smoking is of course also prohibited on the coaches and in confined spaces.

Are we allowed to take video and photos?

We encourage you to capture every moment of the Tour and we will also gladly join in a group photo as a memento of a great day together. However, should we have the opportunity to visit "live" film sets all form of photography and videography will be prohibited and mobile phones are to be kept on silent whilst we are on set.

What happens in case of inclement weather?

The Tour is a sightseeing adventure which can take place in most weather conditions. We obviously have no control over climate change and no discounts may be offered for a windy or wet tour. If however we feel that the forecast or prevailing weather may dampen too much your spirits, we reserve the right to either make adjustments in the itinerary for your better enjoyment, or in remote cases, call off the Tour. Changes in itinerary may also be needed if particular locations are unavailable due to ongoing filming or works. If the Tour is called off for whatever reason by us, you will be refunded your tickets in full. We will endeavour to notify you of this as the very earliest.

Are we allowed to cancel a booking? (CANCELLATION POLICY)

Yes, of course but our Cancellation Policy applies. For individual travelers up to groups of maximum 4 guests booking together on our group tour, no refunds will be allowed if cancellation takes place within 24 hours from the tour date. For Private Tours and any groups of people of more than 4 guests on any tour we would charge 50% of the total due if cancellation takes place within 7 days from the tour date and the full amount if cancellation takes place within 3 days from the tour date. If you have not paid yet and you cancel or do not show up you will be obliged to pay the amounts due as above. We thank you for your understanding.

Please note that when effecting payment via PayPal or credit card we will deduct the applicable PayPal/credit card charge from the refund.

# You are kindly requested to inform the host of any conditions you may be suffering from, particularly allergies and high temperature.

# You are kindly requested to adhere to instructions given by your host and not to wander off on your own accord.

# Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians and should be supervised at all times.

# If you have to drink please be responsible. Intoxication is reprimanded and if anyone`s behaviour is construed to be a nuisance to others they may be

asked to leave without refund.

# Part of the Tour may take us through steep, uneven and potentially slippery ground and stairs. Please watch where you tread.

N.B. Most sites are explored on foot including on uneven terrain. You are expected to be reasonably fit to enjoy the Tour's full potential. Not recommended for people with walking difficulty and very young children.

Notes:

*All tours start and end in Attard but we will pick you up and drop you off from/to a number of hotels in Malta or somewhere relatively convenient. For large groups the tour takes between 8 to 10 hours including pick ups, drop offs and lunch stop. The duration is dependent on the number of different pick up and drop off locations and overstay at lunch and any visited sites. Lunch is at own expense and is usually from an open menu at a reasonably-priced restaurant commanding breathtaking panoramic views of Malta from its outdoor terrace (weather permitting). For small groups, tour duration is generally around 5 hours. We still cover the same locations but we save a lot of time on pick ups and drop offs and do not stop for lunch. Please feel free to enquire before about your anticipated return time. Pick up times vary depending on the day and your location and an approximate time will be communicated to you on confirmation of your booking. We pick up guests from near a number of main hotels in Mellieha, St Paul's Bay, St Julians, Sliema and Gzira. Guests staying inside Valletta or in other locations are generally offered a courtesy pick up just outside the Valletta Bus Terminus. On some dates Valletta pick up guests may benefit from a supplementary van or coach to reduce waiting time. Guests staying in Gozo may avail themselves of a courtesy pick up from a hotel right across from the Cirkewwa Terminal in Malta. On group tours we do not use our own transport but rent out chauffeured vehicles from a leading reputable transport company. Whilst all efforts are made from our end to insist on having a pleasant and comfortable ride we are not in control of independent events such as replacement drivers, technical faults, traffic jams, road accidents etc. We therefore kindly ask you to be understanding if things do not always go as planned. Payment may be done in advance via PayPal, bank transfer or in cash on the tour. We do not have mobile credit facilities. We also appreciate any feedback and advice you may have for us to help us make a better tour. For this we thank you in advance.
